Their drivers dropped a 200 lb dresser down my stairs causing $ 3600 of damage to my home. The drivers then propped the dresser up on broken legs, and ran out of my home without giving me an opportunity to sign paperwork. They then forged my signature to the delivery slip. I called and immediately reported the incident. They initially agreed the signature looked like a forgery, but later recanted and said I shouldn’t have singed anything at delivery if I wasn’t satisfied. After a month of back and forth their insurance finally paid for the damages, but first I had to provide proof of what my signature actually looks like.

They work with wayfair. Scheduling a pickup was extremely difficult and then they didn’t show up. When I called them they lied to me saying that they called and left me a message. They did not call. It’s pretty obvious that their office staff doesn’t care.

These guys deliver for Staples. I scheduled a return with Staples over 3 weeks ago. After no Veterans’ after week 1 I called and Staples said that they made 3 attempts to pick up and no one was there. We are a business so someone is here from 8 – 4:30, supposedly their attempts were all after 5:00. Week 2 went by with again no pick up. Week 3 went by with no pick up. Then on the 1^st day of the 4^th week they showed up and took the return while i was at lunch and left no paperwork that would show that anyone even was here. Called Staples next am and they said the records showed they made 3 attempts again that 3^rd week and that they attempted the day of pick up but no one was here. I called Veteran’s myself then & guy said yes that they had the return but he didn’t know why it was showing that pick up couldn’t be made. He said that they never attempted to pick up in the whole 3 weeks & didn’t understand where all the notes that they made attempts came from.

I’ve had two experiences with this company. The first time was with a package that was signature required. They left a door tag (good) I signed it and left it for them… and the next thing I knew it was returned to the warehouse after three unsuccessful delivery attempts. The door tag was still out there, waiting.
The second time there was no door tags, no indication at all that a delivery was attempted, one of the supposed attempts happened while I was even home, and still the package went back to the warehouse.
I don’t think I’d trust this lot of carry a package to FedEx for me…
