Bathrooms are under lock and key. Or rather, you have to have an associate let you in with a key code. Pretty awkward. Haha It took so long waiting for help that I made my way to the gas station next door.

I’ve been going to this Walgreen’s for many years and it’s definitely had it’s ups and downs. I really like the store managers who are there now: Jean and?(I’ll have to remember his name). However, I’ve been struggling with the Pharmacy for months. I’ve talked with the Rx Manager(Marie) a couple times and it seems like the main struggle is staffing. I’m not surprised since my biggest issue with them is the excessive wait times… ALL the time! I was in the store this everning and was initially brushed off by a lady named Ines at the front counter. She was more focused on trying to get me out the door and onto the next customer rather than answering my questions about out of stock merchandise. She sort of redeemed herself since she referred me to another associate, Linda. Linda was great! She knows what customer service is all about. She helped me find a couple items that I had trouble finding and even found an item on the shelf that Ines just finished telling me was out of stock. Anyway, I’m grateful for Linda’s extra effort. Ironically, Jean(Store Manager) previously asked if I needed any help. Of course that is when I first arrived and didn’t need any help. We joked later that I must have looked lost for her to come to me and offer assistance. Jean has always been helpful in every way. I hope she stays at this location..
