Let’s start out by saying the photo department needs organization. However two days ago I placed an order for a photo book. After some hours went bye received an email stating it was ready after work I proceeded to pick up my photo book they looked up my name still couldn’t find it then he shows me a picture of what I ordered whoever processed it did the entire book wrong. So I gave it two days called before I came down no one knew what I was talking about I was passed along through several employees in which one hung up on me. I understand it’s holiday time n mistakes happen but there is certain level of professionalism your staff should be using. They lack customer service. I decided to take my business elsewhere and will never return to such location.

I’m never going back. The staff was rude & unhelpful. I was disappointed. It took them at least 5 min just to send someone to help me. I’m usually not the one to complain. But… no!

I’m very impressed with service provided at this location. Staff is polite and accessible with ease and the store is quite organized and clean. I consider this Walgreen as a perk of living in Hillside due to it’s close proximity to where a live and the customer service provided.
I only wish the store hours could be extended.

Nothing like a nice clean organize store. Staff is always near aisles if you have questions. The line can get crowd but nonetheless you only wait 10mins with 5 people on line. Also their prices are couple cents cheaper then the one on Elizabeth. Also they’re are open to midnight 5 days a week
