Wendy’s

This has to be one of the slowest Wendy’s I come too. And the workers don’t even care to work sometimes, they would rather be talking with each other.

Just because this location updated its appearance does not mean the service is better. This is the second time in less than a week that my order was messed up when I went through the drive thru. The first one they left out a baked potato I ordered. Today they left out a baconator. When I arrived at home I was pissed. So I called the location and they told me to come back. I went inside and waited for a good five minutes for the burgers. I guess they thought if it was made fresh then it would make up for their mistakes. I don’t think I will be going to this location anymore.

Just wanted to share my experience with the Hillside Wendy’s ! Myself and my two sons (4&1) were heading home and my 4 year old had to go to the bathroom. Stopped at Wendy’s and went inside, he forgot his little helicopter inside but didn’t realize until I had already put the 1 year back in his infant seat and strapped the 4 yo in. The 4 yo wanted nuggets and fries anyways so I go up to the drive thru and ask if they could do me a favor and once I’m up to the window just give it to me. After explaining this to 2 people, I get the response «you’re gunna have to come inside, were short today.») I go inside with my boys, get it, and go to the counter and see 2 younger girls talking amongst themselves, not one person asked how can I help you? I finally said can I speak with the person on the drive thru? I believe the manager came over and I explained what happened and said you lost my business and you lost it for good, all she replied was SORRY! I will be taking this further, Wendy’s!
***EDITING TO ADD – THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU AND NO ONE AT THE COUNTER WHEN I WENT INSIDE THE FIRST TIME!

12pm on Thursday and one soda machine is out, the other has 90% of the drinks out. No napkins out.
Oversight, probably but let’s get on the ball people.
Side note: their new sweet and sour sauce is disgusting.

This updated/​remoled version of Wendy’s looks kinda nice, but the thing is is kinda of messy after it open back up in April! The staff at Wendy’s was kind of okay the food was good. I like the homestlye burgers & also I love the Wendy’s fries-​to me I like almost every fast food fries that’s what I like about it! I get to see one of my friends you know?

The best Wendy’s in the area! The food is always on the money and I have yet to receive bad service. Most of the Wendy’s in the area the burgers taste like the grill but not here they have a fresh taste. I assume they keep their grill game tight. The one on Chancellor Ave is closer but the food here is better.

They changed the appearance but the service is still poor. The service is very slow and the hours posted are fabricated. I just went there and was told that the place was closed. The hours say it closes at 2AM Tuesday’s, but when I arrived at 115AM the lady said it was closed. Bullshit
