Ace Hardware

This review is for how I was rudely approached and talked to by one of their employees about parking in their parking lot while my husband went into THEIR store to shop and I walked toward the neighboring restaurant to pick up a take out order. I explained that since my husband had to pick up some things from Ace Hardware, I decided to order lunch from the restaurant next door because of convenience. He ordered me to move my car to the restaurant’s parking lot even though my husband was purchasing things from Ace. They weren’t busy on this day and the parking lot was not full at all, but he insisted that I move my car. I was so frustrated by this man’s condescending attitude that I went into Ace to tell my husband what was going on and we left without getting what we needed. I always try to support local businesses first and have enjoyed shopping at Ace in the past, but this experience makes me think twice about shopping there again.

When I’m working on a project and need something quick, and I don’t want to go to a large store to get it? I make this place my first stop. Parking right up front and I’m in and out in no time. Yes!
