So, about four weeks after buying my new car I got backed into, c’est la vie right? I’ve never dealt with anything like this before and was still reeling from this big purchase in my life. Bob’s Fender Shop Inc. was recommended to me by my car dealership so I thought why not, get the estimate, send it to the insurance company, etc. Well, I called Bob’s Fenders and Debbie was able to see me same day to compile an estimate. She was super friendly and explained everything to me, as I am a total novice when it comes to cars. Debbie also let me know that she can arrange to have the rental car I’ll need be booked and taken care of through them. Awesome! The customer service here is spot on. If I have auto body repairs I need done in the future I’ll be coming back to Bob’s!
