Rude, horrible service is what you will get. That and over inflated egos. Went in to buy replacement heads for 4 string trimmers that I own. The«boy» behind the counter started spouting off on how my equipment is «trash» and is for«babies». I was thinking to myself, «either this guy is having a bad day or is a total dick», but I only needed to put up with him until I bought my 4 replacement heads and got the hell out of there. As I turned my back to him and started to browse the equipment, the string and the replacement heads, a lady walked in with her 2-week old top of the line trimmer that she bought there and had problems with it because she didn’t pre-mix her fuel with oil for one tank and was having issues with the engine. The«boy» again started going off on how«stupid» she was, and that he would refuse to warrant the trimmer. She asked how much it might be to repair it and his reply was, «a whole lot of mulah, that’s even if I agree to work on it, which I don’t want to.» ~ WTF? I turned towards the door, walked to my truck and went to another dealer. I have told this story to a handful of friends, and they all had similar stories to tell me as well. Doc Stanley, you need better employees working for you.
