Floor Decor

Years ago we met with Diane to assist with our home interior flooring needs. She was very friendly and helpful. We purchased laminate flooring, rugs, linoleum.
Linoleum was placed in our bathroom. Within a few years our white/​beige flooring turned into yellow spots here and there, looking like urine stains! Did a claim and it took a year to get Diane /​floor décor have this concern addressed. As we were told at time of purchase that it had a lifetime warranty attached. After a year we finally got a replacement but was still required to pay extra. The installers laid the new linoleum over the old one!
Laminate was /​is of poor cheap qualify noting chipped pieces here and there.
Rugs which we were told of high quality and stain resistant is of very poor quality with stains of normal dirt. Dirty stains is Difficult to remove or untreatable. Told floor décor about our issue and till this day is trying to get in touch with the manufacture after we were told we had a lifetime warranty.
Diane’s attitude was… I’m trying to help but no rug is going to last forever, why didn’t you call sooner? Well Diane I called over a year and a half ago and you keep telling me you need more time!
In my opinion once they’ve got your money your concerns get put on the back burner!!!
Worst quality furnishing and poor quality with customer services! I would highly suggest you see another company for your flooring needs! A company with good reputation and keeps its promises, that know how to treat a client even after they take your money!

We came here to get our bedroom floor redone. There was a large selection of flooring and the owner, Diana was very helpful. The installers were also really nice, patching the floor and walls during installation. I would highly recommend Floor Décor for any and all flooring needs.
