I called looking for a realtor that spoke Mandarin and Hara Chen, although Japanese, was very grateful in referring me to a realtor that did and to someone capable of listing a 200 acre estate property with 20 waterfalls that we would like to present to Chinese buyers. We found Gina through Zillow and Unilocal and hit it off right away. Her email responses were extremely prompt and when we met in person we instantly felt at ease. She is warm and comforting but also very knowledgeable and confident. She had great insight and recommendations and helped us think through features about each home that we would not have thought about.
Once we found *the* home and began the process to purchase it, she made each step very clear and easy to digest. She had great referrals, she kept us updated, and made herself available to answer any questions we had, even texting us back late at night. Nearing the close, there were a couple of road blocks out of our control. But, she fought for us and went WAY out of her way to keep the deal together. In the end, we got our dream home and we could not be happier.
