First visit, here to celebrate a child’s three year old birthday. It’s a rented out space in the mall with four large jumpers. A little warm due to the pumps of the jumpers. The place is filthy, dirty. They sell balloons, but almost every balloon that I asked for was out of stock. When I did find one, they gave it to me on a short string with no weight. I was told they don’t sell weights. I don’t get the impression that the owners care much. More that they’re just there to make a buck.
