White Shark Arms

This place is incredibly welcoming. I have shot firearms before but I wouldn’t consider myself well-​acquainted with guns, so I was a tad nervous about going to a range. At lot of ranges on the mainland can have snobby regulars who look down on newcomers. To give you an idea of how welcoming they are at White Shark, the other people shooting next to me were two middle-​aged ladies and one of their highschool kids.
The owner of the business is amicable and great to chat with. The safety officer was also very helpful. He teaches at the university Student Life Center, so he is very accustomed to various teaching methods.
I would definitely go back, but I think it would be prudent to use the online reservation tool even though I was able to walk in on a weekday. I have a feeling this place is going to get very popular throughout the day.

Just did my basic pistol class here and I had a great experience. Looking forward to do a lot of shooting time here.

An indoor range on the Big Island yay! We have been here twice to shoot, and had a lot of fun both times.
The cost is $ 15 per lane rental for one person and $ 5 per extra person. There is a two person maximum per lane. (You can book the day and time you want online). You can bring you own or rent a firearm which is $ 5 per handgun and $ 10 per rifle for the hour. You may bring your own or purchase targets for 4 for $ 1. Bring your own ammunition.
