Adventure Cruises

Mellow way to see more of the island with long time resident as captain. We did a 12 o’clock cruise and was definitely warm as you can’t go very fast. We did see some dolphins. Snack bar is waters, etc., we saw less than I expected but something fun for first time visitors.

Adventure Cruises, Captain Mark, and his crew members Tyler and Parker ARE THE BEST! We hosted a private charter over the July 4^th weekend for my mom’s 80^th birthday party. Saturday morning we talked with the captain to confirm that the weather was looking good and to confirm our «set up time» for 2:30 — 3:30pm. Everything was GO.
By 2:30, the skies started darkening, so as we were unloading/​loading our decorations, drinks, and snacks, we called the captain again. He basically said, «all good, no worries, carry on.» So we did.
When we returned at 6pm with the birthday cake it was thundering, pouring rain, and lightening. Even then, Captain Mark said, «too soon to call, just party on and if we can take a short cruise larer, we’ll do it.» (on a side not, my sister and I were a bit anxious, but the captain’s, and his crew’s, easy going attitude helped us a lot!)
In fact, out of an expected 75+ attendees, only 12 weren’t able to make it due to the raging storms/​flooding in their areas. We enjoyed a wonderful evening, generosity of spirit, and fabulous fellowship. Mom said it was her best birthday party ever!
Our entire family highly recommends Captain Mark’s Adventure Cruises. They are very accommodating, kind, flexible, and creative in helping their guests/​passengers enjoy a memorable experience.

Saw a few dolphins. Pretty standard tour. Talked half way out and not in. Make sure to get a seat in the shade. This is Captain Marks Dolphin Watch Cruise for those that were confused like me. It was ok, but got bored and I’m not normally one to get bored site seeing.

Best cruise we saw lots of dolphins and got some history of the island along with the best sunset ever! I suggest the sunset cruise :)

We took the dolphin cruise and really enjoyed it. My kids had a great time. We did see a few dolphins, almost immediately. The best part of the cruise though was seeing all of the expensive houses along the shore. Captain Mark did a great job narrating. We paid $ 49 (they accept cash only) for two adults and three children. Best deal around.
