When the Low Brake Fluid and Brake Warning lights illuminated on my Ford Flex two days before I was supposed to drive back to Boston from HHI, my wife’s uncle connected me to the owner, Bill Ludecker. He got me in first thing the next morning. That in itself was fantastic since he clearly is extremely busy. Bill diagnosed a faulty rear brake caliper. Trouble is that he couldn’t get a replacement until the following afternoon since every supplier he called (and he called many) needed to special order the part. Worse, the next afternoon was Saturday, the day we needed to leave AND when Auto Pro closes at 11 a.m., earlier than the part could get there.
This is where Bill’s masterful mechanical abilities and ingenuity came into play. He turned what could have been a three-​day delay getting back (not good for the work sitch) into a major save by replacing a faulty seal with one he had in the shop. Bill tested the system and everything checked out. He added that he wouldn’t let me drive the car if he thought there was even a small chance of failure. He also emphasized that I must replace it when I’m back in Boston.
Bill is skilled, honest, and conducts business with integrity. I’m very grateful to him and Uncle Mark for saving our vacation.

I have used their services several times for various cars (American and German made). Mainly for oil changes and mild bodywork. Bill, the owner, is a very nice person and always tells me the truth. he has saved me lots of money by telling me the facts about my car, verses trying to sell me a service I don’t need. Even though he stays busy there, I have never been made to feel that he is too busy to speak with me about my concerns. I have referred him to several friends and he has gone out of his way to rescue them when their cars died on Hwy 278. He also told them the truth about what they needed done. They loved him. I would recommend him and his technicians to anyone, and will continue to use him!
