Bartlett Tree Experts

One month later, and still no follow through. I was excited to have their services after meeting them at the local home show. They came out April 5^th, and sent an alternate person to meet with me. Apparently the tree expert «had some change of plans» per them. The young man that came out was nice enough, but wasn’t who I was expecting. And, he agreed to get back with me on pricing for planting a row of azaleas, and also to take a soil test.
After over 1 week, I didn’t hear anything, so, I emailed them. They responded that the «soil test takes a while». I said, OK, and hoped they would get back to me soon. And still, I never heard a word about that, or pricing and planting my azaleas either.
Well, it is now 1 month (May 5^th) since they came out the first time. No word… no follow through… and still no soil test or azaleas. Nothing else for that matter either as I had hoped to talk with them about other trees and plantings.
What a disappointment! They come across so professional, yet, are exactly the opposite. I could’ve had these things done by someone else already, had I not been waiting patiently for these folks.
I will never use them, nor recommend them to anyone. And that is too bad, because being in sales and service myself, I like giving good companies kudos and telling others to use them. I know how important it is.
