Dough Boys

Read the reviews and decided to go. We ordered the thin crust Hawaiian pizza. The waitress came out and said, we have a problem. Two thin crusts stuck together and we didn’t see it til it was cooked. Do you want to try it or we are happy to make another. We said, no biggie we’ll try it. It was good enough. She checked to make sure and we were like. No biggie. Then 10 minutes later she brings out a new one stating the owner would not have us have a pizza that wasn’t right. We were like, WOW, you didn’t have to but thanks! We tried it and it was definitely worth it. Their pizzas are as good as you read but their commitment to their product and customer service is priceless! This is a definite must visit!!!

Lots of pizza places to choose from on the island and decided to try Dough Boys after looking at Unilocal.Very busy Saturday night and had to wait a bit for table. It was well worth it. The pizzas were loaded with toppings. They arrived hot and crispy. Great chopped salad. Large fed a family of four as a starter. Great service. Would definitely go back again.

Great local place in a place that rarely has local anything. Recommend the thin crust. Nice team effort by the staff. No fancy but a great spot.

Small dining room… only 6 tables. We have had carryout and have dined in here. Pizza tastes great and they have cold draft beer too with some local craft stuff. Service was great… would def go back.

Another win thanks to Unilocal reviewers! My hubby had a craving for pizza and Dough Boy delivered! The place is small, but that just gives it an intimate, neighborhood atmosphere. The servers were super friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly and was fresh and hot! We started with a small chopped salad (enough for two to share) — and I would go back again just for the salad! You get to choose everything from the lettuce to the toppings to the dressing and whether you want it mixed in or on the side. Perfect for a person like me who’s a little picky about her salad. :). Then came the pizza — delicious!

Our family wanted to have a laid back night during our vacation this week. We tried this place and were not disappointed. Two of us had the «create your own» salads and the ingredients were so very fresh and tasty. We will come again on our next visit!

Outstanding pizza! We loved the Steak pizza and the chicken bbq pizzas! Chewy, thick, delicious crusts with seasonings we would’ve never paired together on dough! We can’t wait to enjoy it again!

One of the best chop salads I have ever had. I went for the pizza but the salad was the star. They let you pick the type of lettuce, veggies to add and dressing. They mix it all up and chop it up. The pizza was above average. We had Doug’s Big Elvis. It was very good but I have had better. Combining it with the salad made it a place I will come back to. The restaurant is small with probably 10 – 15 tables and a bar.

Amazing! Almost left because of the location. So glad we didn’t! Salad was more amazing than words can say. The best pizza on the island (we’ve tried the the other top 5 Unilocal qualifiers). Will be back!!!

Pretty small place, but had no trouble getting a table. Everything we ordered was delicious. Staff was friendly and on the ball. It was a little pricey though.

Good LORD! WHAT A PLACE!!! We went right after the opened and got a table straight away. We had the most caring, kind, considerate, lovely server ever! She was precious and so so considerate of our wants/​needs. If we didn’t care for something (which didn’t happen concerning the food) she immediately apologized and offered to change it out or get us something different. We’re pretty easy going so we didn’t take advantage of that. She talked to us about anything and everything and we felt like old friends of hers; it was absolutely perfect! I have never felt more like home on a vacation than I have on this one.
We ordered the cheesy curly fries (seriously-​magical), the meatball sliders (served on garlic knots-​incredible) with their homemade marinara sauce (my bf literally drank the left over-​yes, like one would take a shot of liquor), and a pepperoni pizza! It was the best pizza we’ve ever had and we are bonafied pizza connoisseurs. ;)
For drinks they don’t have a huge selection but what they do have will wet your palette for sure! I love a really good shandy in the summertime and sadly, they didn’t have any — BUT! Our waitress made a makeshift shandy for me and it was awesome. They should win an award and bottle it themselves. She used their doughboys lite brew topped off with some PINK lemonade (everything tastes better when it’s pink)! It was so pretty and delicious!
We will definitely be back here and become regulars!

Delicious pizza and fantastic service. We wanted a low key dinner out and this was perfect.

For a pizza not from Chicago this thing rocked! Usually resist ordering pizza when away from home ‘cus the rest of the country just can’t get it done.
Dough Boys on HHI gets it done! Thin crust — jalapeño, pineapple & bacon. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese.
Salad was great & very fresh.
Will be back!

Always look for good pizza when traveling. Always hit or miss. Read about doughboys on here and said lets go.
Place is small which means good pizza in my book. They also deliver. Service was very good and pizza was even better.
Waitress asked if we wanted smaller pizza as we each got different thank goodness as the 16 would have been too big.
I got build ur own pepperoni mushroom and red onion it was fantastic very hot when it came out.
Partner got a speciality ham bacon and pineapple and he is the picky one and loved his too. He does not like greasy pizza and he loved this one.
Definitely recommend.

Great pizza. We got into town and thought we would try a local pizza place and this place did not disappoint. Much better then any chain I would happy eat her again. Only negative is the delivery driver did forget some of our order but the taste made up for it.
After we posted the review the owner reached out and asked us contact him so he could correct the fact that driver forgot part of our meal. That meant a lot and makes us want to support this amazing pizza joint next time we are in town.

Ordered the Big Caruna to go, quick service and friendly staff! We ate the pizza on the beach and it was absolutely worth every bite, delicious!

We were tired after spending the day at the beach and were looking at local delivery to our resort. After Unilocaling, I was lucky and discovered Awesome Pizza. We ordered the Dough Boys Steak ⁵⁄₅ and the Big Elvis ⁴⁄₅. Chopped Salad could have been better 2.5÷5. (Our entire salad base was made up of the inner end of the romaine stub.) However homemade dressing was good.
The Dough Boys Steak was excellent. Everyone thought it was the best. I’m so glad we ordered it.

Man this place has the best Sicilian I’ve eaten in a while. On vacation eating a Doug’s big Elvis the crust, which I ordered well done was perfectly chewy with enough crunch to satisfy that texture component. The vegetable were all cut gossamer thin and kept everything incredibly manageable while eating. I’ve got to try this out again before I leave the island. Absolutely friendly and hospitable and most importantly delicious.

Dough Boys was A-​OK on the Unilocal scale for me. The Pizza was large and hit the spot. We liked picking our toppings for the salad (only wished there had been more). The Greek Dressing appears to be homemade.
We picked up our order and took it to go. Very small seating area and small bar. All seats were taken when we went to pick up our pizza.
After a full day of sun, biking, or golf this could do the trick. As easy of a meal as possible. Open Late.
