I had a great time at the Culinary Arts Center at Hilton Head Health! I attended a «Lunch-N-Learn» session where we had Chef Jen prepare, cook, and serve a meal of chicken cordon bleu, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Chef Jen was personable and open to all questions about the meal. She explained her cooking techniques and tips to make the dish a healthy version of the original without taking away any of the flavor. Although we learned recipes for one meal during the lunch, Chef Jen was able to demonstrate cooking techniques than could be carried forward to other recipes and help with preparation, diet, and nutrition.
