Lang’s business practices are highly questionable. They use fear tactics to try and sell new equipment. Preying on seniors in Sun City is pretty low.
Service told me «I sure hope you have carbon monoxide detectors, your furnace heat exchanger is about to go» 1it was not true and 2 the heat exchanger is covered by the manufacturer for 20 years. Seems that a company that deals in hvac would know that.
