I have eaten here for years and have never had anything but a superb meal. Now that they serve tapas as well as their regular menu they have become the go to place on the north end of Hilton head doran incredible dining experience. However, this is not burgers, this is higher end food and wine. If you want a really enjoyable higher end dining experience, try it. If you are looking for burgers then go elsewhere.

This place is amazing. My family has been eating here for years and it is amazing every time. We had duck, lamb, mussels, scallops and fish and all were delicious. The food has so much flavor! This is a must in Hilton Head if you are looking for a nice meal.

I checked Unilocal before going to this restaurant but did not see any reviews so I figured I would risk it. I have to say that I was disappointed. Especially after reading multiple trip advisor reviews that were very positive. We were happy with the escargot we ordered but that’s where it begins and ends. We attended the early bird dinner. I had picked up a brochure outside the restaurant earlier in the day that stated the price of earlybird dinner was $ 14.95. however, the dinner on the menu was $ 16.95. My entrée, eggplant Parmesan was tasteless and had oil floating on the plate. My husband ordered the fillet mignon and it was just«okay». We should have left after arriving when we noticed a weird smell in the restaurant. It’s sort of smells like old shoes. I’m sure it’s just the 25-year-old carpet but still it was a bit disturbing. Our waitress was very nice. I cannot complain about that but I cannot recommend the food as it’s mediocre at best. Two earlybird dinners with an appetizer and one drink each came to $ 80. There are much better happy hour/earlybird dinners on Hilton head Island. Skip this.
