I called for a quick turnaround on a prescription and sunglasses, but because they didn’t have a lab onsite, they couldn’t help. However, they went out of their way to have someone return a call and advise me of where I could get it done. Pretty amazing personal service!

Before visiting this island, I decided to buy a used pair of Ray Bans online. One of the lens fell out due to a stripped screw. An employee said they could fix the screw and repair the glasses for free. They did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with this free repair.

WOW… and I mean WOW! I LOVE my new glasses. Top shelf care at Spex! My husband had his eye exam earlier this week and he was WOWED as well. The selection of glasses are unbelievable & Janine & Billy are experts at figuring out your tastes and finding the perfect glasses that best suit your style AND personality. I feel right at home there; friendly, caring, fun, upbeat… need I say more? Sachet on over to Spex and experience what my husband and I have experienced… you’ll never go anywhere else… truly amazing! We stumbled into Spex because the one of the temples on my wife’s sunglasses had become detached because two screws were lost. The gentleman in the shop repaired them and when we asked how much it would cost he did not charge us anything. Service of this kind could not be better. We will go back because they have a great selection of glasses.
