The Energy Center is a gem! It’s a tranquil oasis where you can find a variety of holistic resources. I went for a gong bath with Alice, and it was incredibly relaxing to just lie still and let the sounds and vibrations wash over me. Alice did a great job making everyone feel comfortable for our first gong bath, and we all agreed we left refreshed and relaxed. Definitely would do it again.

My sister and I got to go experience our first Gong Bath this past weekend at The Energy Center, with Alice Tobin. While I was physically present in the room the entire hour, there was a space of time I was far beyond the room in a realm of pure bliss. I have a new respect for the Gong and the healing sounds they birth. I left feeling relaxed, calm and renewed. She is offering a New years bath at 7 p.m. in case you’ve ever wanted to go experience for yourself.

I’ve attended three gong baths hosted by Alice Tobin at the Energy Center and each was a very healing, meditative experience. The actual sound and healing vibration of the gongs was unique each time. Highly recommend everyone experience this!!!

This jewel of a center is a bit tricky to locate but if you drive to the Hilton Head Hospital, it is in the Island Medical Plaza complex across the street from the hospital. I have attended several workshops with energy medicine practitioner Alice Tobin and she is truly amazing! I have never practiced holistic healing but after I met Alice and learned about the techniques used in energy medicine, I am seeing results first-​hand. I have also referred her to friends who have sleeping disorders, allergies and limited mobility from trauma and they are all benefitting from their sessions and workshops. Working with a practitioner can be intimidating at first but Alice is very personable and makes everybody feel comfortable.

Alice is an amazing healer! A certified practitioner of Eden Energy Medicine, she was recommended by a friend of mine who had chronic thyroid problems that she had been dealing with for several years — until Alice worked with her. Now she is in good health, and I am on well on my way too! After only two sessions with Alice and three weeks incorporating the 10-​minute Energy routine she recommended into my day, I feel better than I have in years. My life is joyful once again — thanks to Alice!
