I honestly believe Time Warner must teach a class in How to Give Terrible Customer Service. You walk in and the employees don’t even acknowledge you — let alone greet you. Then act like you’re just a nuisance to there day if you ask a question. My cable box went out so I brought it in and traded for another. Took home and set it up and it did not work. Took this new box back to the office and had to wait 15 minutes while the girl behind the counter put away her inventory. She told me she would get to me when she was through! Took this box home and got a message that it was not an «authorized box». Called the number and have been on hold 20 minutes so far. This company may be the worst for customer service in the world. The problem is that I have no other option. Our condo development does not allow Dish and there are no other cable providers. I might be better off with just a good book and the radio!
