Green Mountain Access

Unfortunately we don’t have many Internet options in our town; it’s either satellite or Green Mt Access. After two years of incompetence and indifference from GMA I am finally switching to satellite, despite the limitations on streaming and other functions. GMA has provided a half dozen service calls over the services 2 years and the service is only getting worse, it constantly drops and goes out for entire days. The service people are nice enough but can’t fix the problem and the customer service reps don’t seem to care that the service is basically failing. And why should they, since they have a virtual monopoly? VT needs to enter the 21^st century and get reliable high-​speed Internet (oh, and decent cell service would be nice).
