I would rate this hotel ZERO stars if I could. Me and my husband stayed here for over a week. I was so sick with the flu I was barely able to get out of bed or we would have went to a different hotel. Well our last night there a lady banged on our door and asked us to quit smoking. One me and my husband don’t smoke so that was not possible but two he also told her we weren’t smoking. Well without notice or anything she added a $ 150 smoking fee plus tacked on additional $ 9, $ 7, $ 5 and a couple other charges raising it to almost a $ 200 fee. Maybe someone else had been smoking but it definitely wasn’t us. When we checked out and paid out final bill we were told«um i don’t know why she charged you». Hmmmm… Kind of shady, she didn’t even have the decency to tell us she was going to add charges to our bill. We were told to keep trying to call back until management was in to handle this issue. Now we are in the process of taking legal action against this hotel. Also this place is filthy. The carpet in the rooms feel sticky. The water taste like sewage, you will throw up if you try to drank it and will feel dirty after a shower. The overall feel is just dirty. They lack in food options on there continental breakfast unlike most hotels. They hardly ever had coffee out. Drank vending machines didn’t work and again water is undrankable. I would not recommend staying here. They are obviously on there way out of business. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel.

I hesitate to poorly rate establishments, as everyone has an off day. And, despite all annoyances, this location has provided everything I reasonably expect from a mid-market hotel. However, a number of combined factors prevent me from giving this location a high rating. Such factors include: — damp floor in room — fold out bed had linen jammed in hinges(inoperable) — large bug in bathroom — advertised Jacuzzi not functional — indoor pool roof leaked during rain storm — breakfast bar included items like grits and oatmeal, without any provisions for hot water — breakfast bar sparse and presented unkempt appearance — planter in the lobby is completely empty — in the«gym», two of the three treadmills didn’t start at all, and the remaining treadmill would quit unexpectedly. To be fair, the staff were responsive, and some solutions presented themselves; — housekeeping fixed the linen stuck in the foldout bed — maintenance investigated the damp floor while we were out — your stay includes the ability to go to a nearby YMCA and workout(full gym, cardio, pool facilities) — the front desk offered to switch my room — a repair person was present, and attempted to fix the broken Jacuzzi Again, separately none of these are large issues, but it feels like this property is either in the stages of becoming run-down, or is about to enter a remodel. Either way, it’s not a horrible stay if you want a bed and a shower, but for those travelers who are more amenity focused, I’d advise them to skip the current phase of this location.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. When I first got here they allowed me to check in hours in advance so I was really grateful to the staff and appreciated them doing that. I had been out all day but once I returned to my room after a long day I settled in and went to lay down when I noticed roaches crawling on the wall. I immediately grabbed my phone to take pictures then when to the desk in fury. The desk assistant offered to give me another room but I’m my room is infested why wouldn’t the other rooms be? So I asked for a refund. The lady was very rude and not sympathetic at all even after I explained to her I Am terrified of roaches. Long story short she told me I was free to leave to one of the other hotels in the surrounding area and that’s what I did. Overall this hotel is unsanitary and violates so many health hazards and I do not recommend especially for 72 $ Not worth it at all. What can I say? There no quality In this hotel.

What can I say? It’s not like you should come here expecting a 5 star hotel. However, the staff is friendly, rooms and public spaces were clean, nightly rates are very reasonable, complimentary breakfast was decent and the beds were VERY comfortable. Considering many discount hotel chains are riddled with problems that make your stay horrible, this place had no real negatives to speak of. All I have is knit-picky things. The shower dripped, the décor/furniture could be a little better and the indoor pool area was unbearably humid. Yet my real complaint were the tiny pillows. Yep, pillows! I LUUUUUUV pillows, can’t get enough, can’t have too many. However, not only were there just a few… it would take two maybe even three of these to equal a regular pillow. They brought us extras, but I tell you, I felt like I was a giant in Munchkinland in comparison to the size of these pillows. Also, the room was tad small. Example: when the sofa sleeper was in use by our children, it made it almost impossible to sit at the desk provided for my morning Unilocaling. THEVERDICT In the end, I got a GREAT sleep and a good breakfast all for the nice price($ 54/night)! If I didn’t mention it, the location was desirable too… especially for military families visiting Fort Stewart. No flash here, only function.
