Danielle really took the time to help me understand the pros and cons of what I wanted and what would help me achieve my goal. This was a huge plus since I’m very fair skinned with thin hair. Everyone is so friendly and professional(if you aren’t much of a talker that’s ok no judgement here) . But all and all I genuinely appreciated Danielle’s patience and time to work me thru to find exactly what I wanted instead of telling me to look on google or thru a hair book; just talked about how I live my life and what works best for me.

Butchered my 11 year old son’s hair beyond repair! Have to shave it basically to fix it now… ugh! Steer clear!

I only give it a 5 star review for Kristen. That is it! I waited 2 hours for a cut because whe was busy with a color. But so worth the wait. My freind referred me and I am so happy I found a stylist. She is very good! Took her time and didn’t chop off more than I said like alot of other stylists do. The other women in the shop(older heavy set lady) and a few more all working feb 21st around 8:00 all talk crap and gossip about their co workers when they leave to go to the bathroom. Very very unprofessional and I wouldn’t return if Kristen wasn’t there. If you go make sure to get an appointment with her :) You will be glad you did!

Took my under-10 daughter here to have an «impromptu hair cut» from the night before(sigh. kids.) «cleaned up» a little. We got the first available stylist(Sarah) who was nicely friendly to my kiddo, and asked me what kind of cut we needed. I asked her to just straighten up the ends of what was sort of a long bob and she did so. PROS: Got seen in about 5 minutes. without an appointment. on a Saturday morning. Stylist was kid-friendly and polite. Picked up some OPI nail polish from a Buy 1 Get 1 Free display. Bonus but not relevant ;) Total cost: about $ 15(including a tip). CONS: I DID say my daughter’s hair was pretty curly, and asked the stylist to leave as much length as she possibly could(considering the initial cut had been done with kid’s scissors!) and it ended up being a little shorter than I would have preferred. If you have CURLY or really wavy hair, I would 100% go to a specialized stylist. I told the lady that my daughter had curly hair, but she dampened it and cut it when it was laying straight anyways. That is NOT how you cut curly hair(ever!!). So if you’re a Curly, I would steer clear because they obviously don’t know how to cut anything but straight locks here. Also, the checkout time was a little long because there were like 3 stylists crammed around the desk all at the same time(don’t want to let that hold too much weight, though, because it WAS10:00am on a Saturday). FINALWEIGH-IN: If you’re short on time, need a simple, cheap cut, and have straight hair you should be okay here. If you have time to make an appointment somewhere, want anything complicated in terms of a hairstyle, or have ANYKINDOFVAGUELYCURLYHAIR do yourself a favor and find a stylist elsewhere.
