Stacy’s Florist

Got some flowers for my birthday and they were dead in two days. For the price you would think they would’ve lived a little longer.

I get that the week of Valentine’s Day is the busiest time of year for a florist, however, giving customers attitude about how busy they are is not how you should run a business. I was trying to order flowers for an event that was the day before Valentine’s day… which was completely out of my control… and not one but 2 different employees gave me a large amount of attitude about the timing. One sighed heavily and rolled her eyes when I told her the date I needed them. The other rudely asked «You know Friday is Valentine’s right?!?» like I was some idiot who was completely out of touch with the world around me. They were reluctant to even take my order and when I did finally order, I didn’t even get to order what I wanted… I had to go with «Whatever they have left.» This is a small business and I was very surprised by how rude they were. You would think they would want return business. Well, this business will not be getting my return business in the future.
