I love Chel Bella! If you are looking for a boutique with a well edited selection of brands and pieces, this is the boutique for you. From shirts to denim to cocktail dresses, it’s impossible to walk out of here empty handed. I have always found the customer service to be excellent; the employees are knowledgeable about the brands /​fit, and can easily help you create an outfit. Easy parking which is a plus! Highly recommend Chel Bella!

Terrible, terrible customer service. A sales person should at least make eye contact with customers, and certainly shouldn’t stomp around the store acting irritated. I would likely have bought some of the very cute things I saw if my experience had been more pleasant.

I have visited this store a handful of times. Their window displays always draw me in but their lack of customer service makes me not want to come back. I do not remember being greeted on any of my visits to the store when I walked into the door. A couple of times the staff has been on the phone but you can do the silent «Hi» to customers (I know I used to when I worked in retail). The clothes are cute but the lack of customer service doesn’t have me rushing back.

Chel Bella used to be my go-​to store for jeans and unique tops. They became pricier and pricier over the past 5 years. Today I went in to get a pair of jeans. Guess I’m too fat and not worthy of designer jeans. The largest size they carry is a 28. I wear a 30 and, BTW, am not fat. They have now joined the ranks of LuLuLemon in only providing clothes for the skinny 30-​something. Apparently the rest of us (majority) aren’t worthy of their time.

I walked in for a dress for my bridal shower. A very nice girl helped me and picked about eight different dresses. I got her opinion on every dress. She was very honest and I agreed. I ended up buying two cute dresses. One will be for my shower this summer and one for Honeymoon. They were perfect! I ended up with a pair of Citizen of Humanity skinny jeans and cute gold hoop earrings w some bling. Chelsea came in and I mentioned my wedding was coming up this fall. She spent time looking at a picture of my wedding dress and then found me the perfect earrings to wear with dress. I thought the service was tremendous. I’ll be visiting this store many more times in the future. Thumbs up!

Great little go to in downtown Hingham for cute clothes, and great accessories. They have a great selection of jeans, great basics and some fun trendier pieces too. Sales staff is helpful but not pushy. Great place to shop for yourself or find a gift for any lady in your life.

Confession: I’m not someone who really likes to shop. I can get bored or overstimulated sifting through even the cutest of outfits when in your standard shopping locale, which means I typically leave a store feeling grumpy and in dire need of a nap as opposed to floating out in elation over my stylish haul.
This makes places like Chel Bella perfect for someone like me. Owner Chelsea and her staff have done the heavy lifting by stocking this beautiful boutique nestled in the heart of Hingham Square with a well curated selection of styles and designers. They’ve narrowed down the best options for every changing season so that I don’t have to. Plus, they offer genuinely helpful suggestions in a way that feels like trying on clothes with your best friend as opposed to someone working on commission (Think more the polite version of «Yeah…hrrmmmm, maybe skinny jeans aren’t for you– try bootcut!» than «Gorgeous– buy it all!»)
A South Shore go-​to for everything from my favorite hard to find Red Engine Jeans, to Shoshanna frocks and JoJo baubles– the store itself is sweet and loaded with pieces and designers I wouldn’t always think to pick out but inevitably fall in love with when I do. The price point matches the offerings, so you can expect to pay standard boutique prices for the eagle-​eye selections lining Chel Bella’s racks.

Find a perfect pair of jeans, adorable tops, dresses and jewelry. Let’s not forget about the ridiculous Jojo Bling they carry. They have them in every hue so you can match a shiny bauble to anything you want to wear.
Chelsea, the owner is always there or on call to answer every need. She is great at helping you find the perfect outfit and usually is wearing something very hip (and I usually end up buying that outfit too).
