Custom Fiberglass

Custom Fiberglas does first quality work. I had them paint a boat 20 years ago, it came out perfect, and still loks excellent today. since then i have had them do a number of repairs replacing core in panels, the work was always well done. They have done more complicated work for friends, including peeling and replacing bottom core.
because they do good work, Richie is hard to get ahold of, and it can be difficult to schedule work. But you need to understand that is because they are so busy…

Maybe they do good work; hard to say. I’ve waited over two months for an estimate.
I really wish I could review their fiberglass work, but I can’t. I can, however, review their customer service. It’s awful.
I called them in March about looking at a hole in my boat’s deck: a good job, at least a few thousand dollars. It was weeks before they even bothered to go out and look, and they haven’t come back with an estimate yet. They promised me they’d get me an estimate many times, and they haven’t done a thing.
Most telling: in one conversation about the estimate, Ritchie Doyle told me the bent toe-​rail wasn’t replaceable. I don’t think he’d looked very hard, since an exact match is available from a company in Canada, I emailed him sourcing information on that.
If you hire these guys, good luck. Try phoning them every day or something?
