Ok, honestly this place has changed my life! At 48 I’m stronger and more fit than I’ve ever been. It’s a supportive environment, the trainers are wonderful and the other ladies that belong friendly and encouraging. I’ve signed up for other gyms in the past and end up not going. Here you sign up and you show up because you always have someone guiding you through the exercises to make sure you’re doing them correctly, at the pace that’s right for you. I will say this is not inexpensive like some more generic gyms but you’re essentially paying for personal training here which is way cheaper than an actual personal trainer. And getting results! What’s not to love!!!
