So far, the customer service is terrible. I’ve tried scheduling an appointment multiple times via the online booking and by calling. I successfully booked my first appointment and was disapppointed to find out that they cancelled on me at the last minute. I tried to reschedule and still have not been successful. It has been 4 MONTHS!!! No response yet!!!

I’ve gone here before for microderm, very much enjoyed it. That’s what lead me to buy an additional 3 microderm facials on Groupon.
I’ve had the Groupon since Christmas… and have YET to get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment. Numerous calls, voice mails, and attempts to contact via the website — crickets.
I will be disputing the purchase with Groupon and will further contact my credit card to dispute the charge if need be.
This is not an acceptable manor of retaining and obtaining clients.

Like this place for my facials – knock one star off because they don’t do extractions BUT I do enjoy how Chevette takes time to explain what she is doing. After I go, my face is glowing for about 2 – 3 weeks. Parking is convenient and I always feel relaxed.
