Balcerak Richard J DDS

I highly recommend Dr Balcerak! He is very kind and gentle! I took my mom, who is 91, to the Aurora location for several extractions. He did an amazing job for her! She barely had any discomfort at all. She had seen him previously when she needed only one tooth out and did great then, but with so many extractions at one time, I had planned to stay the night with her just to be certain every thing was fine, but that wasn’t necessary. Dr Balcerak did such a wonderful job and my mom just loves him!

I had a tooth extracted today by Dr. Balcerak, and was extremely pleased with the experience. The doctor and his staff went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible through the whole process. Two thumbs up from me.

Would only recommend to my worst enemies.
They did exposures on my K9s as recommended by Klepacki upstairs and after keeping me waiting in the chair for almost an hour, I was greeted by a very cold and unpleasant Balcerak. Bedside manner must have never been this thing. After all that, they managed to do such a bad job of it that one of the chains they attached to my adult tooth popped off a month or so later after a routine tightening back at Klepackis.
So. We schedule another appointment and go back. We’re told to arrive 15 minutes early and 45 minutes after our appointment time everyone in the waiting room (5 separate parties) realized we were all waiting for an appointment with Balcerak all for the same time of 2:45. After we realize their inept scheduling abilities we all stormed out infuriated that they seemed to have no respect for the *client’s* time! They made no effort to rectify the situation until they noticed we were leaving and of course it was far too late for them.

I would highly recommend Dr. Balcerak. I had am emergency on a Saturday and my DDS told me I should find an oral surgeon, but none he worked with were open on Saturday. I was in excruciating pain and began calling around. Dr. Balcerak’s staff told me to come in and he would squeeze me in at some point. I was amazed by this, as I had called multiple other oral surgeons and they wouldn’t take an emergency. When I got there, his staff was really nice. My DDS had told me it was my wisdom tooth that was causing me pain. But Dr. Balcerak was able to figure out that it was the tooth next to it (that I had chipped years before). I was really impressed by this (especially since my DDS wrote on the order a wisdom tooth extraction). He really is a knowledgeable doctor. I read the other reviews, I didn’t find him arrogant at all. He’s actually really nice! During the week I did call his office and ask a few questions about post surgical instructions. They were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend this doctor, he really is a great doctor and a nice guy. Thanks again Dr. Balcerak!!!
