I’ve been bringing my 4 year old daughter here for Lab work vs going to the hospital lab at Lurie’s Children and I couldn’t be happier. The two people that work here currently are awesome and I will be very sad if they leave. My daughter is always taken well care of when she is there. Very happy with my experience at this location.

We took our 15 month old for blood work here today. We had an appointment, so the wait wasn’t bad at all. Emanuel was very good with our son. He was really calm and did a great job making the experience as quick and easy as possible for our son.

DO NOT go to this location for lab work. I had a terrible experience with my first and LAST visit here. I went in, put my name on the list. A name completely different than mine was called, no one responded, and the staff member immediately went on the next person. When I realized that 3 people went ahead of me, I asked the staff member when it was my turn. The staff member said she called out «my name». I told her the name she called out earlier was not mine and she started YELLING at me in front of everyone in the waiting room stating that my handwriting is bad and that I should’ve asked earlier and that they never skip over people. Additionally, the 2 staff members had no name tags on identifying them and their job title. I waited an hour to have lab work done. Unacceptable. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL staff.
