The employees are absolutely clueless. I’ve spent upwards of 45 minutes attempting to simply pick up a pre-ordered game. Even the managers often seem totally uncertain how to perform basic functions on their POS.
Otherwise, the location is good, there’s a solid selection of merchandise, and it’s usually pretty clean.

I would give this best buy negative stars if I could. To be fair my issue is not with the store itself. It functioned like a best buy should. The store policy however in regards to the cell phone trade in service is lacking to say the least. I admit my phone had one imperfection but for it to drop from 185.00 to 55.50 over a small crack on the back top left corner left me stunned. To boot the flippancy and sarcastic nature of the mobile staff was more than off putting as they «attempted» to resolve the matter but made light of it more than they helped. So much so that my wife and I decided to shop elsewhere.

This is the only store where I can always walk in and feel like a ghost. No one acknowledges you, when you ask a question the staff responds as if they get annoyed. I have gone in there 3 times since Christmas with the intention of spending big amounts with an idea of what I want, but needed a better understanding of the product to better help me decide what I wanted to purchase. I have walked out all times disappointed in the customer service. I’ve gone else where for my purchases even tho I had to pay more, but at least they had better service. And before Christmas, I even went back to return something I purchased at Best Buy and got my money back and bought it from their competitor.

I agree with Mr H… There is nothing special about this Best Buy. It is always well stocked with merchandise. However, the staff is a different story. The store is way under staffed and the most clueless about any product. So do your research BEFORE going in to purchase because no one in the store can help you.

I believe Best Buy is one of the only stores I can walk and get greeted by multiple people working. I see a lot of people complaining on the reviews but here is my honest review. I have purchased multiple items for Best Buy and some of them I have had issues with, they are electronics. Best Buy every time has fixed the situation above and beyond what most other stores would do. The people are knowledgeable and they price match so they compete with anyones price thats including AMAZON as long as it is bought and fulfilled by Amazon which means the people who complain about pricing point is invalid. If you’re looking for the latest electronic at a fair competative price which great benefits like Best Buy’s free rewards program and their nice warrenty plans then give Best Buy an opportunity and become a lifelong shopper like I have.

I went to this Best Buy in hopes of purchasing a new Laptop and the minute I stepped into the electronics dept. I was approached by an «older» gentlemen wearing corn rows. He proceeded to ask if I needed help with anything and I told him that I literally just walked into the store and wanted to look for me a laptop. He then insisted on showing me what they had available which wasn’t very much because apparently the huge snow fiasco set back the delivery of new merchandise. He was also very touchy feely which got on my last nerve… he just kept touching my arm when making a point or suggestion. Not to mention, he was trying to convince me to purchase a more expensive laptop and possibly unknowingly stated that his manager had been on him about his sales numbers… you lost me right there. I politely left and made my purchase at Walmart.

My wife and I saw they had a 32 inch TV on sale so we went in at about 11 am to buy it. We walked around to find the TV and no one greeted us or asked us if we needed any help. I went to the front desk and told them we needed some help and still no one showed up. Stopped an associate who was walking by told him we needed help and still no one showed up. We waited for almost a half an hour. Being feed up with being ignored we left and went to HH Greg. Got a better TV and attentive service. Won’t e going back to Best Buy any time soon.

This store opened at 1100 on Sunday, so I arrived at 1130 to get a specific item that I knew they carried. I quickly found the item and despite too many employees, nobody made eye contact or offered assistance. The check out process was when I notice why Best Buy is going downhill fast. It was now 1145, the store has been oped 45m and you had to check out at the return department. You would think with 10 customers in line waiting to purchase their items somebody would open a real check out line, but no. Nobody seemed to notice.

Selection isn’t as good as Town Center location but the store is never overly crowded. We come here whenever possible in place of one of the bigger stores.

I went 2 this store (which is closer 2 my hse) after I had purchased a cell ph from another location. I originally was going 2 return the phone but the mgr explained all the «hidden» details of the 30 day return policy. She took the time to show me all the ins & outs of my phone… and what it can’t do. I don’t remember her name except that she is the mgr for the cell phone dept & has a feminine/masculine name. She has red hair also. I went back to buy the Evo & when they didn’t have it within my 30 return window she called another location to have them hold it for me.

Everyone is so nice and polite at this Best Buy. Just about every associate you pass greets you or asks if you need any assistance. I didn’t know how I would like this location since I’ve never been to it and don’t frequent this area but they really surprised and impressed me. I will definitely return.
