Burger King

Quite possibly the rudest manager that I have ever ordered from. SHE blamed me for not understanding the orderm. Today was not YOUR WAY, it was HER WAY. Not going to happen again!!!

RUDE! Rude, rude, rude. Uncooked food. I would give it zero stars but that is not an option. Also since when did the uniform get switched to Victoria Secrect pink clothing? Never again

I went there and they were not very busy but I had to wait on my food. I didn’t mind waiting on my food because I thought it must be hot and fresh. Well it was not hot and fresh it was luke warm at best. The cheese was not even melted on my whooper! Even the fries were luke warm as well. I had even ordered cinnabons which were old judging by how hard they were. I was extremely disappointed in the food. The only upside was that the employee working drive through was so nice. Had I had time I would have turned around and made them correct this.

I won’t go to Burger King anywhere in the world ever again after seeing how this one was kept. They were remodeling, so the dining area was a mess, but the kitchen was also visibly nasty, and no one was remodeling back there! Lots of grime in the food areas, and food all over the floor, and as the cashier took my payment, a giant roach was crawling around on the wall behind him! You know what they say about roaches — for every one you see there’s fifty you don’t! What’s worse is that when I told him about the roach, he just went «oh, that’s nasty!» and went on like business-​as-​usual. Didn’t even try to kill it!
I sent a complaint to corporate, and no one ever bothered to respond to me. It’s been almost a year, and I’m still so disgusted by what I saw behind the counter that I have not been able to even consider eating at Burger King again.
