Excellent service. The repairman arrived on time and quickly fixed my problem. I had been unable to relight the pilot light since turning it off at the end of last season.

Our experience with GLE was 5 stars. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I wanted the largest gas logs we could fit in our fireplace and our order was based on my bad measurements. When they arrived, they were able to accommodate the larger size we wanted without any prior notice. The installer was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions.

We had Gas Logs etc come by today and install a new gas log set in our bedroom fireplace. It was a great experience. They came out at the appropriate time, showed us pictures of the options, and we chose it with no pressure. The gas log set was installed and burning within the hour.
I highly recommend choosing Gas Logs etc! I probably could have gotten all the stuff myself and installed it, but it wouldn’t have been worth it, nor would it have looked so great.
