Walked in… young guy with piss poor attitude walked up and asked us if we needed any assistance. Told him we were looking for a certain ejuice. He had it but not in the 6mg nicotine strength. No big deal. Asked if he had flavors comparable and we got to try out two, but the guy acted like we were a bother to him. Did purchase two flavors which are good, but priced way too high compared to other outlets. Walked out disappointed with the negative vibe from this guy. Won’t EVER go back!

43 Unilocal reviews that are not currently recommended? That’s a little deceiving. Regardless, I have been to this place about three times thus far. As a vaper I like trying out new vape shops and seeing what they have to offer. They have a very wide selection and the second time around they had 5 new brands of vape coming in. I thought that was really cool because they guy who has helped me two of the three times I have been up there stated that only vape shops that produce are able to stock some of the specialty vapes that they had. The person that helped me was very nice and patient, I like trying different flavors of vapes and as the name implies, well the full name, this is a vape bar, you come, you sit, and you vape. The reason I am giving this place a 3 out of 5 is because of my third and most recent experience. I had the unfortunate pleasure of coming in during the shift change, but at the same time it was evident that I was there inside the store, the person who has helped me the two times before hand even acknowledged my presence. 10 minutes, 10 minutes I sat there with no one coming to assist me. I could really care less, eventually someone will say something, I will say no, I have been siting here without any help for 10 minutes, get the help I need and be about my business. At least that is how I would think a employees of a company would be. Instead, each and every single one of the employees walked past me, one employee helped someone else who had came in after me, I though he had an appointment or something, but after seeing one employee who was operating the DJ station come over and help someone else I cut him off and let him know that I had been sitting there for 10 minutes and that no one had helped me. My blood pressure was through the roof, and while the employee did say I am sorry about a million times, he did not attempt to make any attempt at compensation. To be honest, I do not care about compensation, I really do not. I bring it up because I have worked at outlets, at fast food places, and when an employee, in this case employees makes a mistake, like, oh say I do not know, completely ignoring a customer for 10 minutes but still taking the time to help other customers, I will bring it up. I dig this place, I really do, but I think I am just going to stick to my regular spot, they at least acknowledge the fact that I am there. Maybe it’s a racial thing and no one wants to help the biracial guy, I do not know other then I waste 10 minutes of my life sitting there being completely ignored. One final thing, while they do have a plethora of vapes, their prices are RIDICULOUS! I mean I can not make this up, compared to other stores I could get twice the vape that I get here. I mean ridiculousssssss prices! But I guess that comes with the service, or in my case, the lack there of.

My first experience with vape was at Platinum and I will never go anywhere else. I felt very comfortable asking all my beginner newbie questions. I’ve spent hours tasting all the e-​juice flavors. I started slow and moved up to customized mods. I’ve never felt «endangered», any parts I’ve had problems with were replaced quickly and without hassle. I’ve referred friends who have also enjoyed their experience here. Sadly, substandard competing vape shops feel it necessary to post fake reviews and that says more about their clientele and owners. I choose to shop, socialize and spend my time and money with classy people in and 1ST CLASS environment. That’s what you get at Platinum.
(Oh, and for the nasty reviewers, it’s called spell check. GET SOME.)

As a regular to this business I find these reviews very suspicious. The staff has been nothing but kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in my experiences. Im a real customer who lives in the area… Unlike some of the other «reviewers» appear to be.
If it wasn’t for the excellent service and knowledge of the staff, I might still be smoking cigarettes. I owe them a huge thank you for that.
In that time I have evolved from disposable atomizers, kangertanks up to RDA Mods and everything has been genuine. The staff work hard to assure you are happy with your purchase every time.
My guess is the Vape trend is in high drive and there are lots of businesses trying to make it. Even by low and dirty means.
OK… Now that I’m through the defending them let me state why this place is cool. (aside from the friendly and cool people)
1). Guaranteed swankiest sh! t in Paulding. The atmosphere is that of a nice bar/​club. Clean, mellow with good music and open late.
2). The largest selection of inventory of any shop I have visited with out a doubt.
3). Location. Living out on this side of town I would be driving into the perimeter or equal distance opposite directions for another shop.
4). Testing… You can sample any of the 100s of juices and even rent RDAs and Vape Hookahs.
If you are in the area and have vape needs. Check it out, I can promise you will not regret it.
