This place has the worst pharmacy customer service you will wait and wait and wait they do not care! They do not ask people to go around in drive thru when they are waiting for something. Ridiculous!!! Unprofessional too expensive ugh I wish this location was a Walgreens!!!

Horrible! Manager was rude and gave me a hard time. I really was disappointed in my service. She needs to be fired for being stupid today! Who does that! Only jealous old pale hags!) OK bye now

They took my discount card and applied it the first time I transferred my service here. The second time I went to pick up a very expensive medication, they told me they did not take discount cards. Transferred my service to the Villa Rica store where they do not take back their word. I had to put $ 300 on my credit card because they lied to me and were deceptive in their practices. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Make the extra trip to Villa Rica. They are also very rude on the phone and speak to you like you are a dog. I just want to make sure I don’t have a seizure, but obviously they don’t not care about the wellbeing of their customers and would rather watch them fall-​out waiting hours for them to fill a prescription. 0⁄10 would not consider this store again and will not spend any of my hard earned money here again. RiteAid should be ashamed of themselves. Please bring in competent, caring staff who didn’t get their degrees at DeVry Online.

SUPER slow service and often seems like nobody is even working there. Store is dingy and shelves are disheveled. This location is fine if you need 1 specific thing but that’s about it.
