These guys are the WORST! They overcharged me twice, and couldn’t even explain what they were trying to bill me for. I’m told it will be 10 days to get a refund from a charge that was run 30 minutes prior. They were more concerned with up selling and securing payment then helping me understand why I was being asked to pay for services that had always been covered under my plan for the previous nine years!!! The front desk is rude and poorly trained. I am looking for a new Dentist after two visits here, both terrible.

I had the worst dental experience I can remember at this dentist’s office today. When I complained I was treated as if I were the offender. They were making a mold for a dental appliance, but the mold tray was so overfilled that it oozed into my throat and partially blocked my airway. It was HORRIBLE and scary!(Please note: I had nothing but good experiences with Aspen Dental in Knoxville before moving here.)

Apparently, you can no longer get affordable goods with GOOD service. I’ve lived in Chattanooga for approximately 9 months and have been treated with the best customer service I’ve ever had… until this office. The Business Office Manager treated me like a $ 4000 patient they just didn’t need. That seemed to be the gist of the excuses she gave me when I first called twice about the loan I was approved for, and never got a return call, and then stopping into the office to get my 2 very simple questions answered. As I watched her answer and help other customers, after knowing I had asked for help first. When she finally came back to me I was told I was going to have to wait again and to have a seat. I said ’ nevermind just cancel the loan, and started to walk out the door. Instead of handling the matter by maybe calling me sometime in the near future, she decided to stop me and give me a list of the reasons why she couldn’t help me. 1) she was at lunch 2) I didn’t have an appt 3) she had other patients. If that had all been told to me prior to her asking me ‘how may I help you’ or had returned one of my two messages I had left for her the previous day… maybe this could have been avoided. When I asked her why she couldn’t return 1 of my two messages she responded ‘well, I only got one of them’. That was it for me. Aspen doesn’t need your money, folks. Pay higher, get treated better.
