The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. While they do not stand around and chat with one another, the lines at this location can get backed up. I do think you could save a couple of minutes by going inside (although those lines get long as well), but that would require getting out of your car. Inside, it’s generally a good temperature, plenty of power outlets to plug my laptop in, etc.

I hate going to this Starbucks. Every time I go, the line is super long (inside or drive-​tru) and 9 times out of 10, they get my order wrong. If I wanted a Skinny Vanilla latte, I would order that rather than a non-​fat vanilla latte! The location is also not the most accessible.

This used to be my go-​to location. Now it’s just my last resort location. The staff they had up until the late part of Summer was AWESOME. Friendly and made sure they gave you hot, fresh coffee. After late Summer, looks like they got an entire new staff almost. I’ve had to contact their corporate office several times for not having coffee (or rather too lazy) to fix new coffee. I’ve had instances where I specifically ask for room in my cup, only to see there was no room and because of that, my hand got burned by the coffee. The list goes on. The culture is just not the same as it was with the old staff. I haven’t completely stopped coming to this location, but only because I am in this area often. It’s not the worst location but it can definitely be better.

I ordered black iced-​coffee. They gave me sweetened iced-​coffee.
OMG! a fly flying in the showcase. I guess no lemon pound cake for me… sad :(

This was my first visit to a starbucks and will be my last! Paid 2.00 for horrible sweet tea, the Wi-​Fi is a joke, the place was filthy! The best thing about it was the young lady behind the counter was very nice & she used the word «crappy» when describing the Wi-​Fi there. Panera ROCKS!

I always love the Starbucks atmosphere.
Everyone is very friendly.
Free wifi, newspapers and chillaxation.
They are very clean, customer oriented and polite.
Very rare occurrence in most places nowadays.
I actually learned a fun fact. «chai» also means tea.
I order a tea, tea… My children laughed and laughed when the worker told us that.
Keep up the great work guys!

They always get my order right. They are very friendly and quick.
However they are very popular and sometimes the drive thur line gets crazy. But that’s just world we live in were people rather wait in line than walk in a place.
This is my most favorite Starbucks!

What can you say. We went through the drive through and a voice from a mechanical box welcomed us and asked us what we would like. We ordered our drinks drove to the window where we exchanged payment for our drink of hot water poured over ground beans mixed with hot milk (non-​fat latte).
This was the Starbucks experience, consistent but not a magical experience. We got what we wanted.

All the people at this Starbucks are super nice but the service is lacking. Be ready to wait an extra 20mins for your drink at this store. As a former Starbucks manager I am shocked that corporate hasn’t fixed the speed and quality problems at this store.

How hard is it to not put whipped cream on my frappuccino. Really. Been there 3 times, whipped cream on my frapp twice. Maybe I’ll stick to the Starbucks inside Target…

If not for the outside seating I would just go to the Books a Million on the other side of the parking lot.
In spite coming to the story every week for three years, it’s rare that I can consistently get a drink done as requested, the baked goods are stale, and every time I have ordered plain coffee it has been filled with grounds.
It’s a typical starbucks.

I’m an everyday starbucks visitor. They remember how I like my beverage and are consistent with their interpretation of it.
the staff are fun & quirky — as Baristas should be. they engage their customers & ask follow-​up questions to activities outside of the store.
endearing & warm. A pleasure to do business with!
