The office staff was super helpful in reserving my storage unit. The hours of the office and storage facility itself are very convenient. So far, I have had a pleasant experience renting in this facility and would recommend it to anyone who needs space!

Egregious rental rate increases (every nine months) means I am moving out soon. They claimed they sent me a notice about the rental rate increases but I never got a thing in the mail in over three years! The charges just show up on my credit card at their whim. Management could not care less and offered no logical explanation or solution. They are gougers!

You can’t really write a good review on rented space. The place is clean, the lockers vary in size, and there’s nobody around when I go. I will say that the staff doesn’t seem to care about what they do. There is one woman there that is pretty nice, but the rest of them definitely got into the wrong business.
