Office Depot

Do NOT use this business for your printing needs. I needed to mail several small items and like I have done at the Post Office, UPS or Kinko’s, I assumed that they would provide BASIC mailing materials. Was I wrong!
Not only do they NOT provide: tape, scissors, pens, markers, when I asked the customer service agent she stated they could wrap my mailings for me «but you will be charged» or I was «welcome to go purchase my own tape and scissors and pens»…really? What sort of «shipping center» doesn’t have shipping materials?
I had one item that only needed ONE piece of shipping tape, and the agent told me «wellllll, normally we would have to charge you…» I cut her off there. Please don’t do me the «favor» of ONE PIECE of tape? I left and took my business elsewhere.
If your policy is to charge for every little piece of tape or use of scissors then that is clearly a poor business decision. I will certainly never return there for my mailing needs.
