Customer service can be hit or miss. My league team had to withdraw mid-season because two were relocated for work and one for personal reasons. At first, the alley wouldn’t help me with cancelling my team, even though I communicated that for the past month my league secretary has ignored my request to pull the team. Instead I continued to get charged for my lane through the end of the 26-week schedule. I didn’t realize recreational league bowling was a contract you can’t escape! To date, we’ve been charged over $ 100. However, they were completely different when I stopped by to discuss the issue with the league coordinator, and I feel a lot better about the situation. Anyway, I think it could’ve been easier to handle upfront but it’s good to know that they empathize with their loyal customers.
