The guy told me that it will be 1 hr — 1.5 the most. 2.5 hours of wait time inside and outside the car!
One of the drivers was in Bronx, but he sent another driver from NJ to pick up the car. Kept telling me that the driver almost there. Called the driver — 1 hr wait time in total.
Will never use this towing again!

i would give this place no stars if possible, my brother waited for 5 hours for a truck, after calling 3 times the owner said that he was a «pest» that has nothing better to do and is slowing down the process of getting a truck. the worst service possible i would stay away i rather push my car than call this p.o.s place. it should be closed down! oh and after 5 hours he never sent a truck

I have NEVER been more insulted by whoever works and answers the phone for this company. I called for 2 days in a row as my cars battery died. Mile square towing came faster so I called back to let them know. I was called «disgusting» I was SCREAMED at and told never to call back and told me I was a «horrible person». All I wanted was a car jumping help And they were horrible and made me cry. Please don’t use them. Please use mile square towing. Especially if your a stranded female. Save yourself!
