The office/waiting room = NIGHTMARE The physician = GOOD If you can deal with the 7th layer of hell waiting room and spending at least an hour and a half here, you’ll end up seeing a very good ENT. Honestly, it was worth it for me since I have had some serious issues lately and needed a local and talented specialist to help me(and the big ENT office down on Hudson near the PATH put me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on me twice so they were off the docket). When you arrive, you will likely have to wait in line to talk to someone at the window. Then you will likely not have a seat because it’s so packed in there. Then you will wait for at least 40 minutes past your appointment time. Finally when you get taken back, you’ll see Dr Glickman right away but gosh forbid you need a hearing test or to talk to the front office staff again to schedule a surgery or something because that will tack on another hour plus in the office. Bring your patience and reading materials.
