Stayed on the phone helping me find availability for nikes I needed to exchange, even offered to ship them to my apartment free.
I live in Brooklyn and it’s almost worth making the trip to hoboken just for this store!

This store is, like every other Foot Locker, a cookie-​cutter shoe store. They carry the regular varieties of Converse, Nike, and NuBalance shoes. It’s not a screaming, amazing experience, it’s a goddamned shoe store. The prices are what they are, they have most everything you want (unless you want things other than athletic shoes), and they can order almost anything (in the realm of athletic shoes) that they don’t have. The real stand-​out, though, was the lady who ran the place. She was somewhere between an Army commissary maven and an assassin. She was great. She took no crap, and she sold shoes.
Also, this location is pretty much tax-​free.

This was by far the most accommodating shoe buying experience i have ever had. I had a woman help me and I think she was the manager. But she had unbelievable shoe knowledge. I got a good deal and they had my size.
