After yesterday’s debacle I wanted to update my review to be fair. Angie called me yesterday as a follow up to my call with her Sunday. I explained no one showed up and she helped me reschedule and offered a discount. They did come this morning. Carpets were cleaned in a timely manner and are currently drying as we speak. If you do an area rug cleaning, just beware because it gets wet and it was sort of messy to clean up on our own afterwards.
I’d try this again, but might check other places as well, though the price seemed fair as well.
