We had a few issues with the office:
1. They required us to pay to take some exams when it really should be optional due to us being totally low risk for some genetic decease. In our opinion the test should be presented as optional. We ended up dealing it. Uncomfortable.
2. The billing statement was incorrect. Worst of all the finance people lied in front of me saying «that is the only code they could use even though it’s not the test you took». In the meanwhile they generated a new statement which clearly had the right procedure name. Trying to cover the mistake by lying is worse than making an error on billing.
3. Difficult to communicate: they claimed that they called me and left message when I totally didn’t have voice message. Tried multiple times to try to reach the doc w/​o success. No one called back. They refused to send me my test result unless I come to the office to ask for release. But they seem no problem with sending my fiancé result after he called. Not very good client experience for me.
