One star is not even good enough for this company. The photos say it all. I booked this company for a move-​in, move-​out, and canceled the move-​out. I initially chose them because my family are chemically sensitive and the web site stresses their use of green products. The lady I spoke with also clarified this for me. I specifically requested that the inside of all appliances were cleaned. This didn’t happen. I called them after they left, they became angry and blamed me, and only after insisting did someone return the next day.
After this second visit, the freezer still had food and dog hair in it, as did the flatware drawers. There was dust coating all blinds, and not only that, but the house stank of chemicals. They used windex and bleach and other toxic substances, even when I asked them to stop and replace these products while they were cleaning! I was sick for a day, and was ill as they cleaned. It was a total waste of money, and the company outright lied about their green policies. My family suffered respiratory problems and nausea.
AND THE HOUSE WAS NOT EVEN CLEAN! Finding dog fur lining the fridge after a so-​called deep clean for a family where people have dog allergies is not okay. Folks be warned — the whole green thing here is a COMPLETE SCAM, or was in our case. I have attached some pictures of the products (taken while they were cleaning) and the inside of the washing machine (really? you call this a deep clean of appliances??) AFTER they left. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I found someone else who was wonderful, truly used organic non-​chemical products and chose not to lie to customers.
