I used to love this place, but it’s gone downhill recently(and hasn’t been nearly as busy). As one of the other reviewers noted, the women who work here now constantly gossip and laugh in Spanish, which is unpleasant and annoying because(1) it feels like they’re laughing at the customers, and(2) people come to a nail salon to relax, not listen to a constant stream of chatter. And while they used to play music like Jack Johnson, Mumford & Sons, and John Mayer, they now blare the Christian rock station in Spanish. Switch it back, please!(or change to plain old spa music like dripping water and rain noises). Finally, please re-open on Sundays and close on a different day instead! So many women want to get their nails done before starting the work week. All of that said, they do a great job on manis/pedis, and the price is right. I’ll definitely go back if they re-wind the clock about six months and re-prioritize customer service!

Tried this place based on the reviews below. LOL? It’s a shame that this place sucks Bc for a $ 10 mani and a $ 25 gel I would have become a regular customer. The Spanish workers are some of the rudest I’ve seen in a while. The three ladies getting their nails done and I were all looking like what is going on. The technicians were cracking up and snickering in Spanish(everyone can speak Spanish btw) and making everyone feel uncomfortable. Nail bar gives a great wax and is worth the walk if you’re looking for something in the back or uptown Hoboken. Other than that there are plenty of other professional nail salons in Hoboken, don’t waste your time at this dump. They clearly don’t want the business Bc they don’t know how to treat clients. Seriously save your time and take your nail money elsewhere

I’m really happy I gave this place a second shot(thanks to my laziness to walking towards downtown Washington in hopes to find the«IT» salon). Came in Saturday afternoon(Halloween day — assuming that most people were getting ready to hit the bars at this point) without an appt for a pedi and was attended to right away. Myra(hope I’m spelling it correctly) did my pedi and she did such a wonderful job. I haven’t had a regi pedi this good in a very very long time. The pedi took about 30−35mins. She didn’t rush and was very detailed. I’ve come to the realization that $ 30 is fair price for a pedi/mani specially in a good salon so i think moving forward this will be my go to salon. It also helps that it’s a block away from my apt.

Hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to ! They give the bestttt mani pedis and some people may complain their prices are«high» but they do everything by hand — no machines ! So after your gels or tips come off there is NO nail damage. I usually get a regular mani which lasts me about a week and they have a wide variety of Essie colors to choose from ! Their pedicures are complimented with a hot stone massage and no other salon cleans the excess skin from my nails like them ! Def 5 stars

Completely 100% dissatisfied. My roommate and I went here last night based on reviews and we will never go back. My roommate got a $ 30 mani /pedi and the girl who did her manicure cut her three times. One of the cuts still has not stopped bleeding. As for my experience… I am mortified for the owners of this place. I get there, and I asked how much for the powdered gel, they tell me $ 55. Okay… that’s a lot of money for a french manicure, but whatever. I tell the woman that’s kind of high and she tells me, okay I’ll do the one where it lasts longer. I give her my credit card at the end of my manicure and they charged me 90 dollars. 9 – 0. NINETY. 90 dollars for a manicure. Never in my life have I argued with the price of something, ever. Never in my life have I yelled in public. But I couldn’t help myself, I was disgusted. She didn’t even do a good job. My nails are awful. I argued with them for a good 20 minutes before storming out of there. I will never go back. And I will NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. $ 90 for a manicure…

I love this place! The girls are really good at details. I got a regular mani pedi for $ 30 and it was perfection! My mani lasted a full week. She covered the full nail with no mistakes whatsoever; I totally recommend this place. It is reasonably priced and they use good products. The downside is its not a big place so walk ins might not work all the time and they don’t allow tips on credit cards so bring some cash!

Love this place. Been going for years, they are so friendly and nice. They take their time and use great products. They don’t ccharger extra for the no chip base coat. My manicures last longer when I go here. Only thing is gel manicures are over priced here. But with their regular manicures that last a week, I will stick to that.

I recently moved here from the west coast and have gone here multiple times. They are great! Always taking their time to give you the best manicure and pedicure with free hot stone massage. I won’t go anywhere else!

This is my go to pedi place. It’s clean and everyone who’s done my toes has done a great job. I’ve been going here for a few years now and have not been disappointed. I just got back from a vacation where I walked all day in sandals and flip flops for 2 weeks. It was hard on my feet but my pedi held up! Just one note — they take cards but you have to tip in cash.

The best, most thorough pedi-mani I have ever had. It’s a little more expensive(few dollars more) but i think its well worth it. You won’t get a 10min rushed job, they really take their time(they are amazing with shellac). I have been now 6 times and its been great every time. Did i mention the free pedi hot stone massage!

I have to say that a few months ago I would have really given this place a good review, but I have been pretty disappointed the last few times I have been there. The last time I was there, my pedicurist cut a big piece of skin off of my toe during my pedicure, while cutting my nail with the nail clippers. I would be more understanding if it was with the cuticle trimmers, but no, she chomped down very hard, which led to much pain and bleeding. Now I am pretty forgiving, so I thought ok, maybe it’s just this person… I get my manicure done on Saturday, and by Tuesday my nail polish was peeling off?! The pros: the owner is nice and friendly, and they legitimately felt bad about my toes. Nice selection of colors and clean salon. Cons: mentioned above, and you can’t tip on credit card, which can be bothersome.
