I checked the studio out on a recommendation from my husband’s friend and it does not disappoint. The studio offers barre classes, spin classes and boot camp style classes, among others. While individual classes are a little expensive($ 25 a class), buying classes in bulk helps to offset some of that cost. I really like how positive Caitlin the Barre instructor is.

I really love @Wiowithus — River, so much so that after Unilocal’s Fit Club I bought a promotional intro package and now will be doing their summer promotional package(registration ends May 31). Why do I like Work It Out — River so? First, the gym is reminiscent of the Soul Cycles/FlyWheel’s in the city. The bathrooms are similar to spa’s: great body and hair products, deodorant, razors, etc… They even have really high quality blow dryers and flat irons which are really great perks. The gym itself is additionally really well designed, bright and clean. You feel good just being inside these 4 walls. The workouts: per all gyms, I like some teacher’s than the others. With that, I love their blended class, the only class I’ve done. It’s about 30 minutes of hard core cardio on the bike, then the rest of the time off the bike and doing weight lifting, body conditioning and ab work; it’s a best of all worlds combo. Love! So far everyone on staff is like ridiculously friendly and nice. I always feel good walking in and I feel even better walking out, isn’t that what a five star experience is all about? It’s pricey. No way around that, but definitely do in for the promotional 2 for $ 20 and see if you like it, I have a feeling you will and see that the extra dinero may be worth it for a rock hard booty.
