Got in late from a trip and my wife’s brakes had a warranty recall from Ford. Called at 3am to have them pick up from a local shop to bring to the Ford dealership in the morning so it could get done same day. Driver was at the first shop by 7 and was at the dealership by 8 even going through rough 290 traffic. Awesome service from Ben and company!
